Becc – Trainer/Assessor

With almost two decades of experience across business and early childhood education, I’ve collected job titles like some people collect houseplants… from Educational Leader, Team Leader and Manager in ECEC to Inclusion Professional, dental assistant, receptionist and even spare-parts extraordinaire in the auto industry. Over the past six years in Vocational Education, I’ve discovered a true passion for training and assessing, striving to make learning feel achievable, supportive and genuinely enjoyable. My teaching style is fun, motivating and empathetic, fuelled by humour, real-world experience and the belief that learning should never feel like a chore. I always seem to catch myself saying, “I haven’t had enough caffeine yet…so hopefully that made sense!”.

Anita – Trainer/Assessor

Over the past 15 years, my journey in the Early Childhood Sector is where I’ve embraced roles such as educator, Program Coordinator, and Senior Educational Leader. These experiences have influenced my passion in the vocational education sector, where I thrive on the excitement of collaborating with others, mentoring and expanding my knowledge. My teaching style is grounded in empathy and perspective, always accompanied with a touch of my quirky humour. Whether I’m chatting about my cats, sharing my love for cheese, or dropping some fun animal facts, I aim to create a welcoming and engaging learning environment.

Navjot – Trainer/Assessor

Since 2007, when I began my new life in Australia, my career journey has been both challenging and rewarding. I started working in a meat factory before transitioning into the early childhood sector, a stepping stone toward my dream of becoming a teacher, inspired by my father, who is a retired principal. My journey education began as an educator and then a room leader, preschool teacher, assistant manager, compliance officer, and finally to the role I am most passionate about, Trainer/Assessor. My teaching style is fun, motivating, and driven by a genuine passion for learning. I’m a lifelong learner myself, and I always encourage my students to embrace learning with the same enthusiasm. I often catch myself saying, “Oh, come on…I like it, that’s cool!” because I enjoy creating an engaging and positive learning environment.

Chloe – Executive Manager RTO

For the past 19 years, I’ve worked across the business and education sectors, including in various roles such as a Property Manager, Early Childhood Teacher, and now as Cple’s Executive Manager. I found my passion for vocational education 10 years ago, and have had the honour of mentoring many amazing people since. As a neurodivergent leader, I strive to break down barriers to education. My favourite saying is “she’ll be right”, with my strong Aussie accent shining through.

Nat – RTO Administrator

I began my career as a nanny in Australia before relocating to the United Kingdom. While residing in the London area, I had worked as a nanny with multiple families. What began as a temporary move evolved into an eight-year stay, shaped by both personal and professional growth. During my time in the UK, I developed an interest in the beauty industry and trained as a Beauty Therapist. Over the next decade, I worked in salons and day spas, where I found enjoyment in the teaching and mentoring aspects of the job. Helping people grow their skills and confidence became a highlight of my profession. Following this chapter, I moved on to my current role as an RTO Administrator. In my role, I continue to use my passion for education and personal development to help learners and colleagues succeed in meeting their goals.
